Settar Aslan was born in Görpeli, Yozgat in 1950. After September 12, 1980, he began trade unionism professionally. Mr. Aslan holds a considerable amount of experience and knowledge in the area of trade unionism. Mr. Aslan was elected as Chairman at the Second Ordinary General Assembly of Tarım Orman-İş Trade Union which is connected to Hak-İş Confederation. On May 3, 2008, Tarım Orman-iş Trade Union took the decision of joining to Öz Orman-İş Trade Union at the Extraordinary General Assembly. Collecting the vast majority of votes, Settar Aslan was elected as the Chairman of Öz Orman-İş Trade Union. We wish Mr. Aslan success in his new position.

Bayram Ayaz was born in Serik, Antalya in 1971. In 1984, he completed his elementary education in Serik. Ayaz graduated from Antalya Industrial Vocational School Engine Department in 1987. He fulfilled his military duty in Ankara Polatlı Artillery and Missile School in 1991-1992. Later in 1992, he began to work as a construction machinery mechanic in Center Directorate of Forestry which is connected to Antalya Regional Directorate of Forestry. In 1993, after Antalya Forest Repair Yard was founded, he was assigned to take charge in this department. In 2006, he became workshop foreman in the same workplace. His unionism life began when he was elected as a Member of Tarım Orman-İş Trade Union Headquarters Supervisory Board in 2004. In 2007, Ayaz was elected as General Secretary at the Second Ordinary General Assembly of Tarım Orman-İş. Since Tarım Orman-İş joined to Öz Orman-İş Trade Union on May 3, 2008 at the Ordinary General Assembly, Bayram Ayaz became the General Secretary of Öz Orman-İş Trade Union. Ayaz is married with two children.

Ali Bilgin was born in Tırtar, Mersin in 1961. In 1973, he finished primary school in Tırtar and in 1976 he finished the middle school in Mersin Tevfik Sırrı Gür High School. 1978 to 1982 he worked as a blacksmith building constructions. Bilgin completed his military service in Ankara Mamak and Ağrı as a signaller. Between 1984 – 1986, he worked abroad as a blacksmith constructions again. In 1987, he began to work as a extinguishing worker in Center Directorate of Forestry which is connected to Mersin Regional Directorate of Forestry. He continued to work there as a guesthouse attendant. His unionism life began when he was elected as an Alternate Member of Tarım Orman-İş Trade Union Board at the First Ordinary General Assembly on September 26, 2003. In 2007, Bilgin was elected as the General Financial Secretary at the Second Ordinary General Assembly of Tarım Orman-İş. Since Tarım Orman-İş joined to Öz Orman-İş Trade Union on May 3, 2008 at the Extra Ordinary General Assembly, Ali Bilgin became the General Financial Secretary of Öz Orman-İş Trade Union. He is married with three children.

Zeki Sungur Kızılkaya who was born in Yozgat Sorgun in 1962, has worked in Yozgat Directorate of Forestry as a permanent worker since 1997. He was elected as General Organization Secretary at the Second Ordinary General Assembly of Tarım Orman-İş Trade Union which is connected to Hak-İş Confederation. On May 3, 2008 Tarım Orman-iş Trade Union took the decision of joining to Öz Orman-İş Trade Union at the Extraordinary General Assembly. In consequence of the elections Kızılkaya was elected as General Organization Secretary of Öz Orman-İş Trade Union. We wish Mr. Kızılkaya success in his new position.

Mustafa Çınar was born in Sinop Saraydüzü in 1963.In 1978 he completed his primary education. In the same year he began his working life in a apparel shop as a salesman in İstanbul Eminönü. Between 1983-1985 he accomplished his military service as a ranger in Şanlıurfa. In 1985 Çınar began to work as an internal service staff in Kanlıca Directorate of Forestry which is a connected unit of İstanbul Regional Directorate of Forestry. Between 1994-1998 he gave service as a wireless operator. Between 1998-2007 he served as a office driver. He began his unionism life as a workplace representative. In 1996 he came up for election in order to be İstanbul Branch President of Türkiye Orman-İş Trade Union. In 2004 he was assigned as İstanbul Region Representative of Tarım Orman-İş Trade Union. Çınar was elected as General Education Secretary in the Second Ordinary General Assembly of Tarım Orman-İş Trade Union in 2007. As a result of the decision which was taken at the Extra Ordinary General Assembly of Tarım Orman-İş Trade Union, the participation to Öz Orman-İş Trade Union came into existance on May 3, 2008. Thus Mustafa Çınar became the General Education Secretary of Öz Orman-İş Trade Union. Çınar is married and he has 2 children.

Mehmet Çelik was born in Muğla Köyceğiz in 1962. He completed primary education in 1975 and he fulfilled middle school in Köyceğiz Middle School. In 1980 he began to work as an extinguishing laborer in Köyceğiz Directorate of Forestry which is connected to Muğla Regional Directorate of Forestry. He fulfilled his military duty in Balıkesir Burhaniye as a signaller in 1982-1984. After his military service he continued his job in Köyceğiz Directorate of Forestry. Afterwards Çelik worked in the same workplace as a switchboard operator, wireless operator, communication line fitter and tower communication laborer. In 2004 his unionism life began in Tarım Orman-İş Trade Union. He was elected as General Statue and Research Secretary at the Second Ordinary General Assembly of Tarım Orman-İş in 2007. Since Tarım Orman-İş joined to Öz Orman-İş Trade Union on May 3, 2008 at the Ordinary General Assembly, Mehmet Çelik became the General Statue and Research Secretary of Öz Orman-İş Trade Union. He is married and has one child.
